Japanese whiskey is one of the world's most popular spirits categories. Visit two famous whiskey distilleries and experience a whiskey distillery tour with an English-speaking guide in Kagoshima. Groups of 2 to 7 people are welcome. The more participants, the cheaper the tour price. [Mars Tsunuki Distillery] Mars Tsunuki Distillery is a whiskey distillery located in Tsunuki Kaseda, Minamisatsuma City. Mars Whisky is a brand produced by Honbo Suzo, a producer of traditional Japanese spirits, offering bottlings from Shinshu and Tsunuki Distilleries. It is a top-class Japanese whiskey brand whose creativity has surprised its competitors, including the opening of the new Tsunuki Malt Distillery in 2016 and the release of its first single malt in 2020. [Kanosuke Distillery] Kanosuke Distillery began operations in 2017. The distillery's greatest feature is its three pot stills (large, medium, and small).

    ・Distillery tour with whiskey tasting ・A guide will explain the background of Kanosuke Distillery, and then take you through the whiskey production process and tasting at THE MELLOW BAR. ・Kanosuke Distillery is a craft distillery that began producing whiskey in 2018 by Kosho Brewery, a genuine shochu brewery founded in 1883. ・Using the delicate craftsmanship cultivated over many years of shochu production, the distillery is challenging itself with whiskey production. ・In addition to a tour of the production process, there is also a shop selling original goods and a bar with beautiful ocean views.
